How do I shop on Umiya Mobile?
- Shopping on Umiya Mobile is really easy. Log on to www.umiyamobile.com and visit our array of products. For your convenience, we have categorized our best-selling sections and categories in alphabetical order. All you need to do is choose your product. Create your account using your mobile number or email id, by completing your profile details you can process your product order with us.
How should I go about shopping for a big purchase on the Umiya Mobile Website?
- The shopping process with us is extremely simple. Simply go to the respective product you want to buy and add it to your cart. You can choose an option of payment while checking out that suits you best and proceed according to instructions.
Is it safe to order products on the Umiya Mobile website using my credit card or checking information?
- It is absolutely safe to order with us using your credit/ debit card as we do not store your personal data, except your shipping address and phone number for our reference.

What payment methods do you accept?
- You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card. We additionally offer support for Paytm, BharatPay, and Google Pay. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.
Which currency will I be charged in?
- We currently only support Indian Currency. If your credit or debit card uses another currency, then you will be charged in USD, CAD, or EUR, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate of the currency you choose.
- You will be able to choose that payment option on checkout.
Shipping:
Do you ship outside India?
- Unfortunately, for the time being, our services are restricted to India only. But Umiya Mobile will ship internationally soon.
Can my order be shipped to a different location than the billing address?
- Your shipping address must be within India and your consignment would be delivered to the billing address or your preferred address mentioned with your order.
How long will it take to get my order?
- Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. We work hard to make sure that your order reaches you on time. But in unforeseen situations, your product might take a little longer time.
How can I track my package?
- Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
- Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
- Additionally, you can track the status of your order from the “order history” section on your account page on the website.
What if I’m not home?
- If you’re not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose.
You may also have to go to your local delivery office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
Returns:
Do you accept returns?
- Yes, we do, all returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Can I exchange an item?
- Regular products except for the Festival Offer or any Scheme Offer products which are been offered at a discounted price during a particular festival and non-festival period or Offered Combo packs will not be Exchanged or Refunded.
- For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Are returns free?
- Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, and a GST % restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
How long does it take to process a return?
- Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
- Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange, or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.
Do you offer a referral program? How does it work?
- No, we don’t have a referral program right now.
Do you have a physical Store?
- Yes, we do have a physical store at various locations in Gujarat.
- Rajkot, Jamnagar, Ahmedabad, Surat, Metoda, Shapar, Gondal, Jetpur, Dhoraji, Upleta, Jamjodhpur, Porbandar, Jasdan, Dhrol, Jamnagar, Patan, Mansa, many more to come.
Is there a warranty?
- Yes, we sell only warranty products inclusive of Government Taxes.
What is this shopping cart thing?
- A shopping cart is a basket where you can accumulate all your products and pay the grand total at the time of check out just like you do in your nearest shopping mall.
What is checkout?
- Checkout is the last step of your buying process. At this step, you will require to make your payments.
Why do I need a billing address?
- This is chiefly for gifting purposes or the payee is out of the shipping address area.
How long after I submit my order is it acted upon?
- The order is acted upon immediately, however, it is not confirmed unless you have received a verification call.
Why do I have to verify some information after ordering?
- You must verify your order after purchase to avoid any confusion or misplacement.
How do I get to record my order?
- You can get a detailed record of your order under your accounts on the Umiya Mobile website.
Can I use my relative’s credit card to purchase the product?
- This is not permitted for the reason of credit card fraud. It would result in a Criminal Offence for using another person’s details on the card.
